Season 2007-2008

Founded in 1976, the London Clarets is the oldest Burnley supporters' club. Our mission is quite simple: to help people support Burnley FC. We do this primarily by getting people to games and arranging match tickets, but there's far more to us than that! Please read on for more details - we hope you'll want to join us.

The benefits of membership

Membership of the London Clarets provides an organised way to support Burnley FC. It offers several benefits, including:

• Cheap group rail travel from London to most Burnley games outside the south east.
• Access to a match ticket-booking service.
• A wide range of social activities and events, including darts and quizzes.
• Our award-winning bi-monthly magazine.
• The company of other exiled Clarets, and the knowledge that you're not alone!

Rates

We believe that our subscription rates offer excellent value for money. 2007-2008 rates, which remain unchanged from the previous season, are as follows:

• Adults: £17.
• Overseas: £20.
• Concessions*: £9.

*Available to those in full-time education, the unwaged, and senior citizens. Proof of status will be required for new members.

Please do note that membership is open to anybody, wherever they live - the only 'qualification' is a love of Burnley FC! You don't have to live in London, or even in the south east. We currently have around 200 members, including several from overseas.

Membership form

You can download a membership form by clicking the link* below. The form consists of a one-page Word document (file size approximately 51KB) that can be used either for renewals or by new members. Simply print it off, fill it in, and send it with your payment - my address is on the form. The form is designed to print on one sheet of A4 paper (portrait format).

Don't have Word installed on your computer? You can download the free Microsoft® Word Viewer from the Microsoft® website. If you don't have access to a printer, don't worry. Just jot down the details on a bit of paper and send that instead.
